WSOP Main Event – Increased Attendance 34% !

Three days since the 2010 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event started and attendance has increased 34%!

Compared to 2009:

- 3,685 entries after Day 1C
- Totally 1,116 entered on Day 1A,
- 873 on Day 1B
- Day 1C saw 1,696 entrants

2010:
- Day 1A this year featured a starting grid of 1,125 players
- Day 1B attracted 1,489
- Day 1C 2,314
- Three-day total of 4,928.

VIPs among WSOP attendants:
- Annette “Annette_15” Obrestad, a Full Tilt Poker pro, seated at Table 2

- Leo Margets, known also as the Last Woman Standing in the 2009 Main Event

- Justin “ZeeJustin” Bonomo

- Matt “mcmatto” Affleck

- Marco “CrazyMarco” Johnson
